Head Coach of Waterloo Visits MVC 17U

Richard Eddy, the head coach of the University of Waterloo women's volleyball team, visited MVC 17U and ran a practise. He focused on in-game situations including forcing a middle attack, finishing match points, and strong serve recieve. Richard is head coach of Team Ontario for the 18U Canada games in 2017, the very same team Coach Larissa is assisting with. MVC 17U was priviledged to have Richard’s experience and skill set for a practise. Climb higher!

From the Waterloo website:

"Richard has made a significant impact on volleyball in the Waterloo region, most notably as an assistant coach with Team Ontario 18U girls, and as the head coach of the Volleyball Canada Center of Excellence in Waterloo. He has also coached with several local club teams and high performance camps. As a player, Richard competed in the 1997 Canada Games, and with the University of Calgary Dinos."
